No need for opinions

I don't need people to pat on my back,
telling me how great I did.
I don't need people to put a hand on my shoulder,
telling me they'll be there for me.
I simply need people to respect my decisions,
or at least shut up and not insult them.
I know it's not hard,
because that's what I've been doing for them all these years.
